Customer Profile Image

Oftentimes it is necessary to attach images and documents to customer profiles in an effort to document commitments and looks promised. This capability is accomplished via the Customer profile menu Image function hyperlink.

Within this Customer profile Image function, a User may attach up to six (6) images or PDF documents that are less than 3mb in file size each, just by clicking the Choose file button and selecting the file to upload.

File formats supported are PNG, JPG, TIF, GIF and PDF, any resolution or pixel density that is 3mb or less in file size.

Clicking Choose File will open the device's file explorer window where an existing file may be selected that is accessible by the device the User is working on. A Smartphone or Pad/Tablet device has the additional ability to take a photo with it's camera where the newly taken photo will automatically be chosen for uploading.

Once a file/image is chosen, click the SAVE button in EverywhereBridal/Prom/Retail to upload the file. This upload takes a few seconds as the system is preparing the file.

Events

Within Events each event member is actually a Customer with their own individual customer profile. A Image function menu hyperlink appears for each event member which, when selected by a User, will open in a new browser window containing the Customer's Image screen where existing images/documents may be reviewed or new ones added.

Once the User is completed with the Customer's images, they may close the browser window opened or just choose the event member browser window from where they were prior to clicking the Image menu hyperlink.
