Walk in Customers

Appointment-> Schedule Appointment-> Walk-in button

Click the WALK-IN button to add customers as a Walk-in to the Un-Processed form when they enter the store for immediate service. This places the customer on a waiting list in the Un-Processed form sorted in chronological order with the oldest walk-in appointment request at the top of the list.

When the store is able to service a Walk-in customer, a user should simply highlight the oldest (top of list) appointment from the Un-Processed appointment grid found below the calendar display on the Appointments-> Appointment Dashboard and assign a Room to the Appointment. This step will move the Appointment form the Un-Processed Grid to the Appointment Calendar display. Delete the appointment when the customer leaves without being served.
