Appointment Setup
Preparing the system to accept appointments is relatively simple.
- Add your users or sales consultants to the system
- Decide on what the shop will accept appointments for and time length of those appointments. You can also set a fee to book the appointment on the Appointment Type page. (Appointment Types set up )
- Create the schedule for each room in which the store will accept appointments keeping in mind staffing levels during each day. For example if the shop has four dressing rooms but on three bridal consultants available the room schedule for that time of day would be for three rooms instead of all four, unless of course the shop wishes to overbook.
- You can link a Google Calendar to the store or to a specific EverywhereBridal user. If you link a Google Calendar to the store, every appointment created goes into the calendar. If you link it to a user, then only appoints assigned to that user go into the calendar.
