Myinfo Self Service

MyInfo Self-Service is a public facing web form form that a shop may insert onto their web-site. The Myinfo form is for existing customers of the shop that have a Receipt/Ticket. The Myinfo form will request a eMail & ticket number to be entered by a web visitor, then upon finding a matching ticket number containing a customer with the entered email, will display a report of purchases and status of the purchases. Each style sold will be listed and a total balance.

Sales Statuses shown are:

Order = Item is on or will be ordered,

In = Item is in store,

Taken = Item has left the store,

Back = Item was taken out of store, but now returned to store for storage or other services.

The MyInfo also shows Fitting transactions and includes the current fitting status..

With integrated Credit Card processing activated for the shop (from ChargeitPro), a payment option could be turned on in Myinfo form setup to allow a customer to make a credit card payment up to their balance owed when their Ticket data is displayed.

Web-page links may also be inserted onto the form, so when clicked it will open a new browser tab, taking the user to the webpage of the link.

The Myinfo Self-Service form is added to the shop's website via html code that is generated, here on the Myifno setup page.

The MyInfo form, when published, will prompt a visitor for a ticket number & email linked to the ticket to uniquely identify the Visitor. The customer's ticket information will appear. If the ticket is owned by a bride of an event, the data shown will be theirs, but also the styles, sizes, colors prices and balance for each event member.

Myinfo is a powerful capability to provide 24 hour, 7 day a week service to store Customers and allow them to check status of their personal data, their events when they are the bride of an event. Customers can make convenient payments anytime day or night when integrated payments are activated.

Options

iFrame code ... The resulting HTML code of the options selected. Copy the code and place it in a web page.

Select font ... Select the font for the form labels.

Font Size ... Select the size of the font for the form labels.

Font Color ... Select the color for the selected font of the form labels

Height % ... The height area the form will take. The percentage can be less than, equal to or greater than 100%. A percentage greater than 100% will make the form larger.

Width % ... The width area the form will take. The percentage can be less than, equal to or greater than 100%. A percentage greater than 100% will make the form larger.

Accept Credit Card Payments (checkbox) ... This option, when enabled (checked), will allow the Customer to make a payment via credit card. This feature requires the store to have credit card integration activated. See Electronic Payments topic for more information.

The system supports two hyperlink options that will appear on the Myinfo page once a visitor/customer accesses their personal ticket information.

Label Link 1 ... Link name/description that the customer will see on the web form.

Url link 1 ... Web page URL the Visitor will taken to when the name/description is clicked

Label Link 2 ... Link name/description that the customer will see on the web form.

Url link 2 ... Web page URL the Visitor will taken to when the name/description is clicked

Generate button ... Generates the iframe HTML code seen in the iFrame field.

Preview Area ... This area displays the form from testing to insure the options are set and performs as expected.
