Schedule Exceptions
Administration -> Setup -> Schedule Exceptions
Create exceptions to normal appointment room schedules to prevent appointments being scheduled on those dates. Also create exceptions for dates when the store is closed such as holidays.
First, view the calendar and select a date using the Day/Week/Month options. Right click on the date for the exception and fill out the fields.
Enter the start and end times for the exception, when the room, salesperson, or store is unavailable. If the entire store is closed for that date, check the Closed checkbox.
If the exception applies to all sales associates and rooms, leave the Sales Person and Rooms fields blank.
If the exception only applies to a specific sales person or room, select the sales person and/or room.
Fields
Start...The start of the time period. The date must be the same for the start and end.
End...The end of the time period.
Reason...An optional description.
Sales Person...One or more sales associates that are unavailable during the time selected.
Rooms...One or more rooms that are unavailable.
Closed...If checked, then all rooms and sales associates are unavailable.
