Communications Log
Administration -> Audit Trail-> Communications
The communications log maintains a log of all outgoing correspondence, SMS and eMail, that has been sent to customers. The content of the actual email or SMS sent is available for review.
This log is a list of ALL content sent to customers. The data may be limited to SMS or eMail sent by clicking the SMS or eMail history tab.
Each column's data may be further limited by using the column filter tools by clicking the Filter Tool icon and entering your filter criteria.
This log content is also available from with any customer's profile by accessing the SMS or eMail editor and clicking the History link. When clicking the link this log data will be displayed filtered to that sent to the specific customer.
