Audit Trail

Tracking key activities and data edits are a important feature of EverywhereBridal/Prom/Retail. A Administrative / Operations Manager may visit the audit trail log to see edits made to Inventory styles, Sales Receipts, automations, manual messages, Purchase Order, Appointments s and other forms. This monitoring helps insure legitimate edits are being performed appropriately by the all users.

Note: All times displayed in audit entries are Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time. To convert the UTC time into your store's local time subtract the difference of UTC hours to the store's local time, or visit a UTC time conversion site such as https://dateful.com/convert/utc

Created ... The date the action was done

Record ... The data table affected.

Record Description ... The exact record owning the values that were modified

Parent ... The program function being used to execute the action

Parent description ... The unique identifier of the parent data table of the record affected and the details of edits made

Action ... The action that was performed.

Message ... A snapshot of the message when the info is available or appropriate for the action

User ... The logged in user that made the changes

Store ... The account's store identifier of the logged in user affecting the edits.
