Appointment Scripts

Administration - Appointment Scripts

Appointment Scripts are designed for shop management to create information concerning store's terms and conditions and/or about special events occurring during the appointment timeframe. These scripts would be used as reference to a Store staff member creating the appointment. Staff could be instructed to read the script to the customer if/when the customer is on the phone during the appointment creation. Alternatively the shop person making the appointment could copy and send the information to the customer in an email once the appointment is made.

The appointment scripts would be given a short name/description, a start/end date where the script is active during that date range and the appointment types that the script/information applies to.

Scripts appear on the bottom of the appointment form during the creation of the appointment when the appointment being created, appointment type and appointment date matches that of the script.

Multiple scripts could overlap the same date range of the appointment and in this case that each would be displayed on the appointment form when the appointment date & type is within the date range of the multiple scripts. An example could be of a weekend of two trunk shows, say one show for bridal gown accessories that is a week long and second show for a dress designer which is only for the weekend. Both shows would have overlapping dates and matching appointment type. In this scenario both scripts would appear.
